Grawnk Munch Collection

Have you wondered what the mail from Orphan Laine is about? Do you want to have your very own Wintersday tree in your home instance? How about a gobbler that eats extra empyreal shards? Well, you had better start off with the Grawnk Munch Collection!

This is going to take you 3 days total, and that means real world time. You can feed Grawnk each day after server reset. This will require 1 Snowflake, 1 Shiny Frying Pan, and 1 Superior Sigil of Mischief. Links are below for all of these steps! 

If you need any help with the Superior Sigil of Mischief, I am willing to make them for you at below the Trading Post price (Mail or whisper Bella Rikka.2387). Otherwise, have a friend or guildie make you one, buy one from the TP, or purchase the recipe and make them yourself! A link to the Black Lion Trading Company page is below as well to give you an idea on the cost of each option.

As promised, the step following the Grawnk Munch collection! If you haven't done the 3 days of Grawnk Munch yet, see below for a link to that video tutorial. 

Before you begin, you should know that although the Wiki page tells you that the drop rate for the ornaments isn't 100%, I only had to do these 6 chests on both my EU and NA accounts. I can't say with absolute certainty that the drop rate is now 100%, but that does seem likely.

I am doing the ornament collection in order from left to right, but you can skip to whichever ones you need with the time stamps below. There are also links galore for you to reference if you need them. Please keep in mind that there are several chest options for each ornament; I simply chose what I thought would be easiest for me!

Frozen Footrace Annual Achievement

Hey guys, have you done the Snowfall Sprint race on foot yet? Did you know that there's an achievement for completing it in 5 minutes or less? Well, here it is! I ran through this one with my core rifle Mechanist build. I had the swiftness boon from a Heroes banner, but no boosters or speed food. Good luck!

Winter Wonderland - Easy

Having trouble getting through Winter Wonderland? Is it just your first Wintersday? You're in luck! This is the easy path in Winter Wonderland, with simple instructions. As I recommend with every jumping puzzle, make sure you're using your mouse to look in the direction you're jumping, and your keyboard keys to make minor adjustments to your movements.

Frozen Footrace - Choya Piñata

It's Wintersday yet again! I decided this year to do the (Annual) Frozen Footrace achievement with the Endless Choya Piñata Tonic, just to see how well it works. For those of you who love playing a Necro, you know how much of a headache this achievement can be. Instead of having to switch professions, consider the Choya Piñata Tonic, which you can buy from the trading post!

Have you been saving your Wintersday alcoholic beverages, consuming them, or selling them? Well, you might want to hold onto them, because 10,000 are required for the Festive Imbiber achievement! Not only does this give you the title Spirited Drinker, it is also one of the steps necessary for the Winter's Presence collection!

Dauntless Donator - All Orphans

You've probably seen the Wintersday daily called Donation Drive, but did you know that there's a repeatable achievement for giving gifts to 30 orphans? That achievement can be repeated for 5 AP five times, which totals 25 AP and a lot of bonus karma! I'm using the Taco route via Blish HUD for this video, which makes the run fast and easy.
